We got guest room with modern bathroom and comfortable beds, had very very good experience here. The hotel was in a perfect and nice location, close to a bus station. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

I had a guest room included with comfortable beds, modern bathroom, an air-con. The price was me$ 73. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice for Siena, close enough to centre of Siena, and a garden-with three cute bunnies wandering freely around...

Front desk staff gave us the best recommendations for restaurants in Siena! Very easy to get into the city, not even 5 minutes. If you don't have a car, the bus is a very short walk.
The hotel is in a beautiful country-like setting. One poor characteristic of the landscape would be that you can see the highway overpass. But, the grounds and seating area on the side of the hotel are lovely for relaxing.

Close from Siena old town. Easy access by public bus
The family hotel lobby closes at 9PM which makes it harder to check in or obtain other services after that time.
